A party is not five players, it is a knight who can hold it, a druid who can keep it alive, and whoever else you can find. The roster counts vocations, not heads.

Write the hunt the way you would tell a friend. The bot reads the boss, the day and the time, and posts a hunt with the party it needs.

People press buttons. A party of six or more that is still short gets an hourly summary asking the undecided to confirm or decline — starting a day out, stopping the moment it fills, and giving up after twelve.
One snapshot per verified character per day — level, achievement points, guild, world and deaths. Over a month that answers "who has actually been playing", without anyone keeping a spreadsheet.

Tibia publishes exact experience only for characters on their world's highscores. So it is recorded where it is real and left empty where it is not — a number derived from level would be a floor, not a measurement, and this would rather show you nothing than show you something invented.
